Restrictions

- All booking orders need to be approved by the authority as per the agreed upon rates.
- All discounts will need to be approved by the authority before confirmation and publishing.
- All contracts are subject to the rules and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute with regards to the execution or understanding the conditions of said contracts would be resolved amicably by both parties. Should an amicable solution not be possible, then the case will be raised to the courts of Sharjah to be resolved.

Materials

- All advertising material need to be approved by the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority before considered approved for airing.
- All advertising material need to adhere to the technical requirements set by the authority.
- The authority has the right to refuse and cease any advertising material and campaign should there be a reasonable concern stated by the official agencies without bearing any legal or financial responsibilities towards the cessation of said campaigns.
- Advertising material should be Received no later than 3 days before the start of the campaign.

Payment

- Advertisers need to send a booking order or LPO noting the details of their booking and ads.
- All payments need to be via bank transfers to SBA or though Banker Cheques within the UAE to the order of Sharjah Broadcasting Authority.
- All payments are subject to the UAE VAT rules and regulations.

- This rates based on 30sec spot.
- This prices are not including Ramadan.
- Commercial loading (radio spot loading ): 15% for fixed ( hours / breaks /positions).

Cancellation

- Campaigns can be cancelled up to 15 days from the start of the campaign with no penalties. A written cancellation request needs to be delivered for that to take effect.
- Should a cancellation be request up to 7 days from the start of the campaign, then a penalty of 25% of the ads cost will be applied.
- Should a cancellation be requested up to 4 days of the campaign, then a penalty of 50% of the ads cost will be applied.
